Co-living with young professionals in Makati city centre for rent, we have many units for rent

The unit comes standard with the following:

6-inch bed, under bed and hanging storage, kitchenette, microwave oven, cabinet, table and chair, water heater, shower, bidet, roller blinds, and AC unit

It also comes with free WiFi and bathroom cleaning twice a month.

Car parking is at PHP 3,700 monthly. For motorcycles, it's PHP 800.

Refrigerator rental is at PHP 500 per month.

We allow up to two (2) occupants only.

Pets and minors are not allowed. Options for lease duration are three (3) months, six (6) months, or one (1) year. For 3-month leases, we only accept payment in full.

Cooking is allowed only through the use of microwave oven, air fryers, and any steam-based appliances.

For electricity, tenants shall receive their own billing from the provider and are expected to settle directly with Meralco.

Tenants will be billed for water monthly. Payment will be collected at the end of their lease term.

The payment methods are through post-dated checks, monthly bank deposit, and full payment.
